1. Are you willing to meet with us prior to booking?
Absolutely! This is your event. You need to feel comfortable with the DJ creating the vibe and energy for your event. We make sure the person you meet with is the person that shows up to your event.  We welcome you to our office in Fullerton to plan your big day!

2. Who will be performing at our event?
We make sure you know who is coming to your event prior to booking. It is one of biggest faults of other DJ’s these days is they double or triple book themselves and promise to show up at 3 events. We make sure the DJ on your contract is the DJ that performs at your event!

3. Are you insured?
In these days it’s hard to perform at a venue without a policy that meets the standard liability requirements. We are fully insured and make sure there are no loose ends with the red tape.

4. Will you come to an onsite meeting at our venue?
It’s very important for us to know the venue you are hosting your event. We need to make sure that your speaker package accommodates your event space. Once you have booked your package, if we are unfamiliar with your venue or if you are having a vendor meeting on site we will be sure to be there to help you every step of the way.

5. Do you use professional equipment?
This is the best explanation of why some DJ’s prices are so low. They use cheap gear! A DJ looks as good as his equipment sounds and appears. We use only the finest in Professional  Audio & Lighting brands.

6. What is included in your package?
Our packages are itemized. It includes every item coming to your event. Avoid booking with a company that doesn’t tell you what you are getting. This is often the biggest reason for price gaps between competitors. One quote is for a DJ with 1 speaker, the other is for a DJ with a premium sound system, a vivid lighting system and experience that backs them up.

7. Do you subcontract your lighting?

All of our lighting is done in house. We do not hire another company to do our lighting which is common amongst most DJ’s and decorators these days. This is so we can give you the best value and product for your dollar.

8. How do we make sure you are holding the date?
Signing a contract and making a deposit to hold your date is the only way to ensure we are holding that date for you. If you are hosting an event during a holiday weekend and / or Saturday’s we recommend booking your entertainer immediately.

9. Do you take music requests?

We know this is one of the biggest concerns for every client. We want to make sure we are customizing your big day to you! We are totally against cookie cutting performances. We have a unique song request system where you can choose what you want to hear, and what you don’t want to hear! Our online song request system is designed with you in mind. We also give you access to our song lists and other resources that will help you plan out your event!

10. Will your DJ host / act as an MC?
Our DJ’s will handle your event as much or as little as you need them to. Some people prefer an entertainer who also MC’s your event. Some clients prefer someone just to handle the music portion of the evening. For an additional charge we can also add an additional MC so your DJ and MC are two separate entities.

11. Who designed your website?

We'd be happy to share that with you, via email of course.


12. What markets do you serve? Do you Travel?

We generaly travel all over North America and Canada for clients.  Accomodations and general travel logistics are arranged in the final itemized invoice.  We can travel internationally given enough advance notice as well (generally 6+ months in advance).

13.  I found a cheaper DJ.  Will you match their price?

We price ourselves competitively and encourage all our clients to do comparison shopping when selecting their DJ's.  Several studies can be found online that cite the importance of the right DJ.  Given the nature of the business and the ability of any starter/hobbyist to claim themselves as a DJ, we don't do price matching for our DJ services.  We have working relationships with many of the premeire wedding/corporate DJ companies in the greater California area, and price ourselves as such.  Our lighting quotes are extremely competitive and we welcome quotes from competitors, so long as they are itemized.
